The brief
Kiln & Co. sells small batches of handmade ceramics a few times a year. Their old shop buried every drop under a generic product grid, and loyal buyers kept missing launches.
What I did
I built the site around the drop itself: a countdown, one story per batch and big, quiet photography of the glazes. Everything else steps back. AI helped me explore twenty layouts in two days, and we kept the calmest one.
